How Configure your Email Accounts Directly from your BlackBerry or iPhone

Kindly find the instructions to configure your email accounts directly from your BlackBerry or iPhone but before starting you need to have web server name & domain :

iPhone steps :

1. From the home screen, tap the Settings icon

2. Then tap, “Mail, Contacts, Calendar”. Then, click “Add account”

3. Select “Microsoft Exchange” icon.

4. Then, type the following,

a. Email: YOUR Email address

b. Domain: the primary server

c. YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD

5. Click Next , Your Email and password will be verified.

6. Click Next

7. Click Save turn the calendar to on to sync your calendar .

8. Open your email by using Mail application.

BlackBerry steps:

1. From the home screen, go to Setup.
2. Click Setup Wizard.
3. Click Email Setup.
4. In the setup wizard, on the email setup screen, select the I want to create or add an email address option.
5. Click Next.
6. Click Next to open the email setup website on your smartphone.
7. If you agree to the legal terms and conditions, click I Accept.
8. On the Email Setup screen, select your email service provider. If you don’t see your email service provider listed, select Other.
9. Type the email address information and click Next.
10. Click Ok.
11. To create a new email address for your smartphone, click Add and then click Create New Address. Type your desired BlackBerry email address and password.
12. Choose a secret question from the list or create your own. Then enter the answer in the space provided. Click Next.
13. Click Ok.
14. To log out of the email setup website, click Close.
